Position: Dispatcher

Working Hours: M-F, flexible 8 hours, EST timezone

Salary Range: $1200 – $1,500 

Payment Frequency: Monthly 

Scope of the Role 

The Customer Support representative holds a crucial responsibility in ensuring seamless operations. In charge of receiving and managing incoming calls, accuracy in entering information into our systems is paramount to maintaining the integrity of our data and efficient dispatch of tasks and resources, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our service delivery.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Receiving and managing incoming calls.
  • Accurately entering information into our systems.
  • Efficiently dispatching tasks or resources.

Requirements

  • English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support of transportation services. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Office 365
