For one of our clients, we are looking for a Director of Web Strategy, remotely from United States.

As the Director of Web Strategy, you will lead the creation and execution of web and technical strategies for enterprise-level clients. Your role involves managing a team, driving MarTech program initiatives, and collaborating with various internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives. You will leverage customer insights, optimize campaign performance, and ensure that web strategies are scalable and innovative, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Your leadership will play a key role in shaping the future of web strategies across the company.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of web and technical strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team, supporting their growth through regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Create and maintain web strategy documentation, detailing client needs, UX functionality, and project implementation plans.
  • Oversee the analysis and optimization of various marketing channels such as SEO, email, and landing pages to drive campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to define and execute data-driven web strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the web strategy space, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a web strategist, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • A strong background in healthcare or a related industry, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling new functions or capabilities within web strategy teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant marketing and advertising platforms, and a deep understanding of data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding professionals in their careers.
