Exciting Opportunity: Director of Sales – Warehousing
Location: Candidates must reside in California for the Remote Opportunity
Work Setup: Remote; must be able to travel within California for client meetings
Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding
Client Base: Experience selling to freight forwarders, 3PLs, or distribution-focused companies
Sales Skills: Proven success managing both existing accounts and new business development
Book of Business: Must be comfortable managing an assigned book while growing net-new business
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to decision-makers
Drive: Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the discipline to work independently
Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn, etc.)
Compensation Fit: Comfortable with $100K base + commission structure; motivated by performance-based income
