Director of Sales and Business Development

The Digital Dealership System is currently hiring for a Director of Sales and Business Development with AUTOMOTIVE experience selling SAAS-based Solutions for sales and service.

The goal of this position is to build out the sales channel through existing contacts at the Dealer, Group and OEM level. The Director of Sales and Business Development will report directly to the CEO and help establish a larger sales team under their management.

This is an unmatched opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded leader to develop sales channels through OEM’s, Dealer Groups, Individual Stores, Quick Service Stations, Powersports and RV markets.

We are looking for a hand-on sales leader to introduce our award-winning product suite to dealers, build proper strategies and processes and grow a team based on their success. In a multiple step process, our goal is to support the position with direct leadership and mentorship that guarantees success and continue that support as a multiplier for their team to grow.


  • Prospecting and developing new leads with Dealer and OEM network
  • Converting leads into customers via web/in-person meetings
  • Leveraging CRM tool for reporting
  • Supporting marketing and trade show events
  • Provide feedback on product to improve or enhance product suite
  • Must have high-level contacts and be technically proficient in excel, ppt and outlook
  • Location can be remote or located in HQ in South Florida. (Travel 25% of time)
  • Top notch communication skills in email, phone and text


  • MUST have SAAS retail experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Proven experience as a selling Manager in the automotive vendor space
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools
  • Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written, presentation
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Automotive Market Knowledge of Terms, Processes, Best Practices
