We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales with a proven track record in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients in need of outsourcing solutions. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of BPO services
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning BPO solutions to add value.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their evolving requirements.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and results-driven behavior.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in sales methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from the market to inform product and service development.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director in the BPO industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of BPO services and industry trends.
