The Role:

As the Director of Sales at Accomplishr, you will lead our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive results.
  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams, with a focus on hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
