Director of Retention Marketing
The Director of Retention Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies designed to enhance customer loyalty and drive retention through effective marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement retention marketing campaigns targeted at improving customer engagement and decreasing churn.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for personalized marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies.
- Manage and lead a team of retention marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retention marketing or related field, with demonstrated experience in campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
