We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Product to lead the product development efforts for our Modern AI platform. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our Agency Operations Teams and the development team, ensuring alignment, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences, leveraging AI latest technology to build the best features and product.


  • Own the full product definition and vision.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations Teams to understand the needs, pain points, and opportunities within the agency space, translating them into product requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including DTC brands and ad buying agencies, to identify trends, emerging technologies, and customer demands.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and sales, to drive product development, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance, support, and training to internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to ad buying, performance marketing, and SaaS platforms.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product development team.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in product management or similar roles, specifically in the ad buying agency space, with a focus on software platforms.
  • Deep knowledge AI and LLM, and demonstrated experience designing and launching AI based tools.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and DTC brand strategies.
  • Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in agile product development methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, with proficiency in leveraging user insights, market data, and analytics tools to inform product strategy
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
