One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Partnerships – Digital Health in the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact partnership initiatives in the fast-evolving world of digital mental health. In this role, you will spearhead strategic alliances with national healthcare providers and digital health platforms to expand access to evidence-based, virtual care. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify partnership opportunities, manage the end-to-end process from outreach to implementation, and ensure successful, measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and implement high-value partnerships with healthcare organizations and digital health platforms
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using referrals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and industry events
  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and partners, ensuring seamless integration and continued collaboration
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle including scoping, contracting, and program development
  • Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to track activities and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at conferences and events to elevate brand visibility and grow the partner network
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive impact and improve partnership outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development or partnerships experience, with at least 5 years in behavioral health or healthcare
  • Proven track record of building and growing strategic B2B partnerships in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, from clinical teams to C-level executives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage details and competing priorities efficiently
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing platforms
  • Ability to travel 2+ weeks per month for in-person meetings and events
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
