Director of Business Development – Tax and Accounting Services

Job Description and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for driving your own sales processes but will be backed up by our domain experts and marketing function.

You have a genuine interest in doing business and a drive to reach goals and achieve sales targets. You are passionate about delivering value to our clients and are a client-first advocate. You are self-motivated but also a team player.

You will sell our solutions to new clients. Your scope will go all the way from attracting new clients to closing agreements and ensuring clients get off to a stellar start with our onboarding team.

  • Sales of our solution portfolio and advisory services to new prospects
  • Qualification and conversion of leads into opportunities
  • Driving your pipeline and keeping track of your work in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Present and demonstrate at webinars and events as needed
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a coach/mentor to other business development representatives as needed
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
  • Close/negotiate contract sales.
  • Nurture leads and build awareness of inDinero solutions and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape to ensure communication of key differentiators of our products and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Provide market feedback and accurate forecasting to the management team to optimize the strategy and positioning of offerings.
  • Uncapped commission plan with strong accelerators

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling solutions in the B2B professional services industry
  • Knowledge of tax & accounting, either through education or previous work experience (very strong knowledge will be regarded as a plus)

The position is a base plus salary position with OTE of $200k per year
