You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s network and market presence. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Des Moines market and business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
