For one of our clients, we are looking for a Director of Brand & Content Experience, remotely from Texas, USA.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s brand narrative, customer advocacy initiatives, content strategy, and corporate sponsorships, with a special focus on the cybersecurity industry. You will work to shape the overall brand experience across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and driving engagement. This is a key leadership role that involves collaborating with various teams to position the company as a thought leader in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and elevate its visibility within the cybersecurity space.
Accountabilities:
- Define and implement a compelling brand narrative that resonates with customers, partners, and key industry figures.
- Develop and manage strategic corporate sponsorships that enhance brand visibility and credibility within the industry.
- Lead the customer advocacy program, transforming loyal customers into brand champions who help promote the brand.
- Create and manage content strategies across multiple channels, ensuring that content supports brand storytelling, demand generation, and audience engagement.
- Oversee the execution of integrated brand campaigns and events that increase awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize brand marketing initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in brand experience.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or related fields.
- Proven success in building and executing brand campaigns, content strategies, and customer advocacy programs.
- Expertise in content marketing, media strategy, video production, and digital distribution.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and compellingly, translating them into engaging brand narratives.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
