Digital & Visual Engagement Designer
Our clients are small and medium service-based business owners who value trust and honesty and love a good laugh. They primarily offer Paid Ads, Landing Pages & Email Marketing, although they do build websites on demand as well.
They are now looking to hire a Digital & Visual Engagement Designer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Website and Landing Page Design:
○ Design aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly websites and landing pages that align with brand standards and are optimised for conversion and user engagement.
○ Implement UX/UI best practices in design projects, utilising successful methodologies to enhance user interaction and conversion rates.
○ Develop creative visuals, infographics, and promotional materials tailored for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
○ Work collaboratively with the content team to produce graphics that are engaging, convey the intended message, and stimulate audience interaction.
○ Adapt designs to meet platform-specific requirements and keep up to date with the latest design trends.
● Email Assets & Template Design:
○ Create visually appealing email templates and assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are consistent with brand identity and communication goals.
○ Incorporate branding elements to achieve a cohesive look across all email communications.
○ Partner with content and marketing teams to design ebooks, whitepapers, and digital guides that are visually compelling and enhance the reader’s experience.
○ Design digital publications with an emphasis on readability, user experience, and device optimisation.
○ Develop cover designs, typography, and illustrations that reflect the content’s essence and adhere to the brand’s visual identity.
○ Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all digital designs to ensure consistency and recognisability of the brand identity.
○ Collaborate with various teams to develop and refine design elements that support the brand’s evolving strategies.
Requirements
● Proficiency in graphic design and digital content creation, including experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Web & UX/UI Knowledge: Practical knowledge of website and landing page design principles, along with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices to optimise user engagement and conversion rates.
● Content Development: Ability to develop creative visuals, infographics, and promotional materials tailored for various digital platforms including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
● Marketing Alignment: Skill to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and effectively communicate the intended message.
● Collaborative Skills: Experience working collaboratively with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive visual strategies across all media.
● Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
