Our clients are small and medium service-based business owners who value trust and honesty and love a good laugh. They primarily offer Paid Ads, Landing Pages & Email Marketing, although they do build websites on demand as well.

They are now looking to hire a Digital Video Producer & Editor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Video Management and Production:

● Organise and categorise client videos for our paid ads, identifying key moments for creative ad opportunities.

● Produce a large volume of high-quality videos weekly, maintaining consistency with brand and client objectives.

● Creative Development:

● Suggest creative ad ideas and strategies for diverse industries, including internal projects.

● Stay updated with the latest ad trends and suggest innovative content ideas for clients and our business.

● Advisory and Strategy:

● Understand and advise on paid ads requirements and strategies, ensuring optimal portrayal of products and services.

● Have a keen eye for detail to edit videos into optimal paid ad lengths that maximise engagement and effectiveness.

● Engagement and Trend Analysis:

● Create engaging and creative social media videos that are trend-sensitive and aligned with current digital marketing strategies.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that video content supports overall campaign goals and messages.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

● Degree in Film Studies, Media Production or related field is preferred, but not essential.

● Proven experience as a Video Producer/Editor with a strong portfolio of work in digital advertising.

● Excellent skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut etc.).

● Understanding of paid advertising platforms and requirements (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

● Strong communication and organisational skills.

● Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements (good to have):

● Understanding and curiosity of Artificial Intelligence is a bonus – we’re all for AI and using it to speed up our productivity and boost creativity.

● Ability to work remotely and flexibly to meet tight deadlines.

● Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
