We are looking for a Digital Product Strategist to join our Solutions Architects Team and to collaborate with us in creating and delivering cutting-edge digital products.⚡
As a Digital Product Strategist you will collaborate closely with the potential clients to define and align the product vision, business objectives and strategic goals.
In this role, you will focus on thoroughly understanding and uncovering customer needs, provide strategic consulting, and offer tailored recommendations on solutions that align with both the strategy and budget. You will also conduct market research and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative products.

Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar strategist role (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Strategy Manager) within a software development company
- Broad experience with digital products and diverse clients
- Experience of working directly with clients to advise, understand, and meet their needs, helping to clarify their product strategy (vision, business goal and product goal).
- Strong ability to see and understand the business perspective in product development, aligning product goals with user needs and market demands.
- Proficiency in various product development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with different billing models (time&material, fixed price).
- Ability to tailor workshop techniques to meet the specific needs of the client.
- Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The understanding that changes are natural, so you can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent command of written and spoken Polish (at least B2 level) and English (C1).

You will be responsible for:
- Client Needs Assessment and Consultation:
- conducting meetings and discussions with potential clients to analyze their business needs, challenges, and goals,
- gathering and synthesizing these insights to inform and shape product development strategies,
- validating product concepts by analyzing who the product is for, why it will attract users, and how it will achieve the client’s business objectives.
- Strategic Advisory and Recommendations: offering strategic advice on product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Recommending innovative solutions to meet client objectives and enhance product value.
- Translating Business Needs: converting business requirements into technical functionalities and solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Ensure that product strategies are translated into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Preparing and Presenting sales offers: working with the Solution Architects Team to prepare comprehensive sales proposals. Leading the estimation process, defining roles, and visualizing the roadmap. Presenting final proposals to clients and ensuring they meet strategic goals.
- Market Analysis: analysing market data and trends in digital product development to provide insights that enhance client proposals and guide strategic recommendations.
- Measure Success: you’ll define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how well the implemented strategies are meeting client expectations.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: providing mentorship and training to potential clients and internal teams on best practices in product strategy. Promoting a culture of strategic thinking and innovation within the organization.

Salary:
19 000 – 23 500 PLN + VAT (B2B)
15 750 – 19 500 PLN gross (UoP)
