What you will do:

  • Educate and support other team members in operational tasks, perform other manager-related tasks
  • Execute quality checks on the photos made by independent photographers, and ensure that they meet predefined criteria
  • Performing media evaluation according to the checklist of technical requirements and media comparison with the main samples provided in the guidelines
  • Decide if the photos are ready for delivery and rate each photoshoot based on predefined criteria
  • Extracting KPI metrics from QA results, and recording them in the CRM
  • Providing structured feedback to the photographers on how they can improve their results

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Proven 1+ year of experience in Project Management, with a focus on digital photography for commercial applications
  • Experience working in the IT industry
  • Comfortable navigating a tech-oriented environment
  • Being comfortable navigating a tech-oriented environment and demonstrating a natural curiosity about technology and software
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge, with the ability to design custom workflows and educate team members
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement in picture quality and provide strategic insights.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
