Role

Sweat Pants Agency is now hiring an expert Digital Marketing Strategist to lead in the success, and growth of our clients’ paid media channels.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients’ Meta ad accounts (and other paid ad channels), take charge of the ad creative process, and collaborate on CRO, offers and funnel testing.

What is a Digital Marketing Strategist? Let’s face it, managing an ad account is more than understanding how to make the best media buying decisions. While advanced-level media buying is a non negotiable skill for the role, Digital Marketing Strategists on our team are growth partners. A Digital Marketing Strategist is someone who can recognize patterns, identify trends, and make decisions outside of the ad platform that improves in-platform results.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be to use paid media (primarily Facebook ads) and digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and leads for our clients.

  • Manage and optimize Facebook ad accounts and other paid media channels for our clients (if you don’t know what managing a successful ad account entails, this job isn’t for you)
  • Use off-platform strategies to improve in-platform performance (CRO, offers and funnel suggestions, creative strategy)
  • Effectively report and communicate past and future plans/strategies to clients (always have a solution, always have a plan)
  • Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their desired goals
  • Regularly test and identify best media buying practices and trends
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest FB Advertising news, tools, and updates
  • Available and active in daily communication with team members and clients via Slack

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing multiple FB ad accounts
  • At least 2 years in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and lead generation marketing
  • A working understanding of attribution and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and APIs)
  • Excellent ad copy and creative writing skills
  • Excellent understanding of marketing psychology and cognitive biases
  • Experience working in Shopify, Google Analytics
  • Software skills including Google Sheets or Excel
