Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is a fully remote team comprising behavioral health clinicians dedicated to enhancing access to high-quality, data-driven services. Specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with gastrointestinal disorders and other complex medical conditions, including but not limited to IBS, IBD, functional GI disorders, motility disorders, chronic GI disorders, and pelvic floor disorders, our team employs interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, other scientifically supported treatments. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience in a marketing role or department. While expertise in healthcare is not mandatory, a passion for mental health advocacy is highly encouraged. The Marketing Manager will serve as the Project Manager for various marketing initiatives, leveraging their skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee marketing projects, including tracking/reporting metrics, creating plans and timelines, evaluating ROI, and making recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
- Develop Practice branding standard operation procedure.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Expand capabilities and awareness of the organization’s YouTube channel and engage with relevant audiences.
- Coordinate with external PR teams for effective social media implementation.
SEO and Online Presence:
- Utilize SEO knowledge and experience to identify successful strategies for enhancing the organization’s online visibility.
- Monitor and report online traffic statistics using tools like Google Analytics and Google G4.
- Develop and implement Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and engagement.
Website Management:
- Proficiency in WordPress to make updates and additions to the organization’s website, including page edits, posting blogs, and integrating AI chatbots.
- Ensure the website is connected to relevant programs and tools for seamless user experience.
- Coordinate with website designer for more advanced project implementation.
CRM and Email Marketing:
- Oversee the utilization of a practice-customized CRM system (e.g., Monday.com) and Mailchimp newsletter program.
- Refine CRM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and implement effective email nurture sequences.
- Provide engagement reports to track the success of email marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation and Content Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for generating leads through website-based resources (e.g., free handouts/courses).
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels.
Partnerships and Budgeting:
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Requirements
- Ability to participate in organizational training, integration, and business meetings from 8 am to 3 pm EST. Upon full integration into the team, a modified schedule of 50% overlap of Practice hours can be implemented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and commitment to the organization’s values.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role or department.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with AI business applications is preferred.

- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $1000 – $1500 USD/month
