Digital Content & Operations Specialist
Our client is a leading New Zealand e-commerce marketplace offering unbeatable deals across experiences, services, and products. Their dynamic, fast-paced team is dedicated to innovation, customer satisfaction, and high-quality campaign execution.
They are currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Content & Operations Specialist to join their remote team and help support sales, content, and campaign delivery operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Content & Campaign Coordination
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging deal content for frontend and backend platforms
- Ensure all listings comply with brand, legal, and quality standards
- Manage timely uploads and updates of listings across systems
Sales Support & Client Coordination
- Assist in onboarding new merchants and coordinating campaign details
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance tracking
- Respond to merchant and internal team queries in a timely and professional manner
Admin & Systems
- Perform general administrative and reporting tasks
- Manage help desk/ticketing requests (if applicable)
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in admin, sales coordination, or client support roles
- Experience in e-commerce, digital media, or online advertising
- Strong writing and editing skills with accurate grammar and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet shifting deadlines
- Proactive and self-directed with a strong team mindset
- Experience with content management systems and help desk tools (preferred)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, digital environment
- Experience supporting Australian or NZ clients is a plus
