As a digital content editor, you will have the required skills, ability and work ethic to develop, write, edit and publish high-quality copy on deadline for a wide variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social posts. Responsibilities

  • Reporting and working closely with the Content Director to grow clients’ digital presence by making sure all copy is clear, concise and convincing
  • Performing quality assurance checks on copy/content produced
  • Providing detailed, actionable feedback to ensure content quality is always top-notch
  • Analysing and reporting on the quality of the content created by the team
  • With a strong interest in financial services, technology, health, fashion and beauty, you’ll follow best in class examples to drive new processes and forward-thinking ideas

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • A degree in journalism, creative writing, communications or any other relevant courses
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a copywriting, editing or quality assurance role with a focus on digital channels across a range of industries
  • The ability to edit 9,000 words a day
  • Strong experience leading, growing and inspiring a team of digital copywriters
  • Strong understanding of SEO writing tactics
  • Strong experience writing and editing content according to brand guidelines
  • Strong ability to conduct independent research to gain a proficient knowledge base of client industries to deliver quality copy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive can do attitude
  • This is a remote (work from home) role but candidate must be located in the Philippines
