Position: Digital Account Manager (Client Success/Social Media Hybrid Role)

Industry: Growth Consulting for Fintech, Digital Asset, Gaming, and iGaming Companies

Location: Global (Remote)

Compensation: $1,500 – $3,000 USD/mo – potential for growth within the company

We are NOT here to promote scam tokens, no memecoins, and NFT collections that want social followers and awareness. We research, design, implement, and fine-tune go-to-market strategies for these companies through paid media and strategic initiatives. Our clients deeply depend upon us to deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

– Client Onboarding: Set up client communication channels and facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met from day one.

– Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, including post-onboarding updates, competitor analysis, and weekly performance reports, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.

– Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with any general requests, checking in on outstanding tasks, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

– Day-to-Day Task Management: Provide an extra pair of hands to assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks and projects.

– Social Media Management: Create and implement social media strategies across multiple channels for our clients, driving engagement and growth tailored to their specific audiences and goals.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally as an Account Manager, Virtual Assistant, or Social Media Manager.

– Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and project delivery.

– Demonstrated experience in creating and managing social media campaigns across various platforms.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building strong client relationships.

– Ability to analyse and interpret data to create insightful reports that guide client strategies.

– Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions quickly.

Technical Knowledge and Background:

– Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

– Experience with creating reports and managing tasks using project management tools.

– Strong understanding of the fintech, digital asset, gaming, and iGaming industries is a bonus.

Reporting Structure:

– Report directly to the Operations Manager or Founder/CEO (We’re not big on titles)
