RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of content-focused projects across multiple digital platforms.
  • Manage and align cross-functional teams—including writers, designers, and marketers—to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic content plans that support customer journeys, brand positioning, and client business goals.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to uncover content gaps, audience needs, and market opportunities.
  • Write, review, and edit compelling, brand-aligned content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and social media.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all content assets, ensuring alignment with brand voice, tone, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Oversee content performance tracking and reporting, using data insights to inform and optimize future content strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in digital project management, content strategy, and copywriting—preferably within B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand tone.
  • Comfortable using project management tools and content performance dashboards.
