As we scale our number provisioning and inbound service capabilities, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic Destination Manager (DID) to enhance our global DID offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize global DID inventory, coverage, and routing for enhanced service availability.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with international DID suppliers and carriers.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, SLAs, and contractual terms for number procurement.
- Monitor DID provisioning, capacity, and performance; identify and resolve any service gaps.
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, compliance, product) to ensure seamless onboarding and operational excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with international telecom regulations affecting number provisioning.
- Support sales initiatives by expanding DID coverage in key markets.
- Prepare regular reports on DID service performance, supplier engagement, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in number services or DID management.
- Deep understanding of DID provisioning, routing, and regional regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in carrier/vendor management and pricing negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret usage and capacity data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with international telecom compliance standards and processes.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
