Design Architect (Remote)

Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is looking for a skilled Design Architect (UK Remote) to join our dynamic team. This position allows you to work from home while designing innovative architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects across the UK. You will play a crucial role in transforming client ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs while adhering to relevant regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create architectural designs for various project types, ensuring alignment with client specifications
• Collaborate virtually with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Conduct thorough research on building codes and site conditions to inform design decisions
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring that their vision is achieved
• Utilize software tools effectively to create detailed architectural documents and 3D models
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide technical guidance throughout the construction process to ensure design fidelity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• In-depth knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
