Delivery manager – AI Automation (Junior+)

The CXO AI Automation team is rebuilding how ETG handles customer support — replacing manual, repetitive work with LLM and process automation. We form and deliver the company’s central automation strategy that includes BPMN orchestration, text and voice communication and web-agent browser workflows.

We are looking for someone to build and maintain our delivery process and tackle the diverse integration and automation challenges that come with it – in a team of strong, mature professionals.

  1. Orchestrate daily and weekly team processes: run syncs, planning sessions, retrospectives, asynchronous PM updates, and portfolio review reports
  2. Manage cross-stream and cross-project dependencies and timelines, communicate conflicts to leadership for intervention
  3. Own the full process from task intake to resolution: triage, set and track tasks, and keep all stakeholders updated on progress
  4. Maintain effective, transparent communication with stakeholders: prepare monthly release reports and manage ad-hoc updates
  5. Oversee process improvements and light automation (e.g., YouTrack, SQL)

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks: Gantt charts, dependency mapping, task tracking tools, process design, SCRUM (or similar)
  • Technical literacy: understanding how systems integrate and communicate (e.g., Camunda & CRM, Camunda & AI)
  • Strong written communication skills in English (Russian also valued)
  • LLM (large language models) literacy; experience with AI-driven workflows is a plus
  • Nice to have: Basic coding proficiency, especially for automating workflows in YouTrack or crafting simple SQL queries
  • English level – upper-intermediate (B2/B2+)

Soft Skills

  • Kind but assertive communication style
  • Empathy and patience; genuine care for the team
  • Structured thinking and high personal discipline

Benefits

  • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
  • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
  • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
  • Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
  • Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
  • MyTime Day Off – an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
