DeFi Technical Business Analyst

Primex Finance is a non-custodial, prime brokerage protocol enabling traders to access lender liquidity for spot margin trading on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and other leveraged operations across various DeFi protocols. Powered by an utterly decentralized trade execution mechanism, Primex Finance provides advanced trading tools and features for implementing sophisticated trading strategies.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Web3 and DeFi to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will perform:

– Detailed analysis of new blockchains and their features, including in-depth exploration of project ecosystems

– Calculation and analysis of market metrics for assets.

– Implementation of mathematical formulas in Google Sheets.

– Conducting extensive reviews and testing of emerging tools and DeFi protocols.

– Configuring and administrating a variety of services, particularly advanced Web3 wallets.

– Creating technical tasks for developers (without deep delving into the architecture).

– Generating reports and documentation related to code, user features, and marketing initiatives.

– Deciding on the need to hire freelancers, overseeing their management and workflow integration.

Requirements

– Knowledge of DeFi protocols, their functionality and use cases, with hands-on experience interacting with major DeFi protocols, wallets, explorers, analytics services, and understanding of RPC, TheGraph, etc.

– Solid understanding of applied cryptography, including keys, certificates, and digital signatures.

– Understanding tokenomics to the extent beyond simple distribution models.

– Basic proficiency in mathematics and programming, such as writing simple Python scripts.

– A passionate interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.

– Experience in real-world projects related to cryptocurrencies, DeFi, or blockchain technology.

– Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets for complex mathematical tasks.

– English B2 and above

– A relevant degree is a plus, but not a strict requirement.

– Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
