Our client is a holding company which manages one of the largest corporate groups engaged in facility and property management and integrated utility services in Europe.
In this role you will work on creating advanced analytics solutions with focus on NLP model creation for customer service automation.
Responsibilities
- Developing advanced analytics solutions with focus on NLP model creation for customer service automation;
- Working in cross-organizational, multi-disciplinary teams supporting the application and implementation of innovative data science and AI/ML concepts at scale;
- Driving the knowledge sharing, supporting trainings and raising awareness;
- Being up to date on latest development in data science, AI/ML principles and theories to help the business make truly data driven decisions;
- Documenting developed methods and processes as well as presenting results to stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Experience in Python (Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.);
- Both cloud and on-prem experience ;
- SQL;
- Git;
- Experience in NLP models creation;
- Experience in working with qdrant or other vector databases;
- Knowledge of algorithms used for semantic search, understanding vector space models, and distance metrics in high-dimensional spaces.
