Data Entry Specialist (Bilingual Spanish & English)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in accurately and effectively inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to injury cases within our client’s system and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data related to injury cases into the client’s system and databases.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, and make necessary corrections.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
• Collaborate with team members to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
• Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and data entry software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule. Let’s bridge time zones together.
• Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
