A great opportunity for an Data Change – Support Agent to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.


  • Change or update user data (Name, Username, Address, CPF, Email Address)
  • Encode and maintain all data that needs organizing and fecording to align with original documentation
  • Complete data backups
  • Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
  • Keep records of data entry and database information

Work Schedule

  • Shifting schedule varies for 24 hours / 7 days a week operations coverage, up to 48 hours per week
