This role allows you to connect with customers from the comfort of your home while being part of a leading tech company. You will play a crucial role in assisting Danish-speaking customers with our video streaming services, ensuring they have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming quickly and effectively.
- Educate customers on how to navigate the platform and utilize its features to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and improve support capabilities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and provide viable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, showcasing a friendly and professional attitude.
- Proactive interest in learning new technologies and adapting to changing processes.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms is a plus.
