Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance customer service processes and experiences.
- Support the onboarding and training of new employees as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical skills and the capability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A fast learner who is able to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
