Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance customer service processes and experiences.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new employees as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical skills and the capability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A fast learner who is able to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
