In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers as they navigate travel bookings, inquiries, and services. Your responsibilities include handling questions related to travel itineraries, pricing, cancellations, and reservations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish for inquiries related to travel bookings.
  • Assist customers with making, changing, and canceling travel reservations.
  • Provide information about destinations, travel packages, and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and feedback for service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the travel or online agency sector is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage various customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems or customer service software is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
