Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Danish-Speaking Customer Service Expert to join our team and support clients using POS devices in a remote position from Greece. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking users, helping them with inquiries and troubleshooting related to our POS systems. Your service orientation and technical aptitude will ensure clients have a seamless experience while using our products. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service in Danish via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding POS devices, including setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, tracking inquiries and maintaining records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support.
  • Engage in regular training and development opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a technical or IT-related role, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to assist clients effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Familiarity with POS devices and point-of-sale technology is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing time and tasks independently.
