In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert assistance to ensure their complete satisfaction. Your dedication to customer happiness will play a crucial role in building trust and loyalty with our brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to create a positive customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback for service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in training opportunities to continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to assist customers effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and enhancing their overall experience.
