Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze user-generated content to identify violations of community standards and guidelines.
- Engage with Czech-speaking users to address their concerns and provide assistance related to online safety.
- Implement trust and safety protocols, working closely with the team to enhance platform integrity.
- Investigate reports of inappropriate behavior or content, taking necessary actions to ensure user safety.
- Collaborate on the development of educational resources aimed at promoting safe online practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and legal regulations impacting digital trust and safety.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in trust and safety roles, content moderation, or a related area is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in analyzing user interactions.
- Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in building relationships with users.
- Self-starter who is comfortable managing tasks in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in online community management and moderation.
