Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills and service knowledge.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.
