Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Czech through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to tech products and services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality and response strategies.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product developments and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by offering feedback on service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English is essential, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
