Position: Customer Support Team Manager
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 11 am – 7:30 pm EST (remote)
Salary: $1400 – 1,600/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalations with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigate incidents involving trips to understand the root cause, communicating with both drivers and clients to gather all relevant information.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide coverage for team members who may be absent or unable to complete their tasks.
- Take ownership of the customer support program and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer support role, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Fountain, Slack, and other email tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, confident and can talk spontaneously.
- Ability to think logically and make sound judgments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with confidence.
