Position:  Customer Support Team Manager

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 11 am – 7:30 pm EST (remote)
Salary:  $1400 – 1,600/month (depending on the client’s final offer)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalations with customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Investigate incidents involving trips to understand the root cause, communicating with both drivers and clients to gather all relevant information.
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide coverage for team members who may be absent or unable to complete their tasks.
  • Take ownership of the customer support program and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer support role, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Fountain, Slack, and other email tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, confident and can talk spontaneously.
  • Ability to think logically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with confidence.
