Its pioneering technology helps brokers, landlords, and tenants drastically accelerate deal decision-making, by reducing a manual and lengthy process from weeks to seconds.

BUDGET: $800-$2,000 monthly; based on candidate’s experience

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, managing project submissions, and ensuring adherence to internal standards and policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a background in architecture or interior design, and the ability to navigate internal tools efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Utilize internal tools/systems to track project progress and manage submissions.
  • Assess project submissions to ensure compliance with internal standards and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and queries.
  • Open CAD files and floor plans as requested by customers, demonstrating proficiency in architectural terminology.
  • Learn and adhere to internal policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs).
  • Provide support to customers across the Asia-Pacific region, managing a moderate volume of inquiries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
  • Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Pleasant demeanor with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using internal tools/systems to track projects and manage submissions.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to internal policies and SOPs.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
