Customer Support Specialist (Modification Team)

Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is a travel-tech company that owns three brands: RateHawk, ZenHotels and Roundtrip.

13 years ago we exploded into the travel industry and since then have been pushing our way to global leadership — we have representatives in 24 countries around the world and you can book our travel services on ETG sites in 220 countries.

We are continuing to grow rapidly, so we need talented, active professionals to help us develop international products and conquer new markets.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Service Support Team.

Requirements

  • know English on at least Upper Intermediate level: be capable of speaking on the phone in English and of writing in business English;
  • learn quickly, be results-focused and stress-resistant;
  • can multi-task;
  • be client-focused and responsible;
  • possess a strong sense of empathy.

Job responsibilities:

  • helping clients and partners to handle requests to cancel or change bookings;
  • communicating with hotels and suppliers;
  • recording information in the CRM system about work done.

Desirable:

  • knowledge of Spanish/French/German/Italian on at least B2 level (advanced);
