Role: Customer Support Specialist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1am – 9am SAST

Location: Remote

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Provide product training and support to customers as needed
  • Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or a related role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools
