Role: Customer Support Specialist
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1am – 9am SAST
Location: Remote

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide product training and support to customers as needed
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or a related role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
