Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist

We’re seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating when appropriate
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty
  • Maintain detailed customer records and case notes in our CRM system
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values

Outbound Sales (BDR):

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail leads to introduce our product line
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Research industry contacts and build a pipeline of prospects in the food & beverage market
  • Update CRM with lead details, call outcomes, and communication history
  • Help warm up and nurture early-stage sales opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with both inbound and outbound communication
  • Experience in a Business Development, Sales Support, or Lead Generation role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and phone systems (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall)
  • Positive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail and organization

Nice to Have

  • Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or a fast-moving e-commerce brand
  • Understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment and logistics
  • Multilingual or bilingual communication skills
