Job Title: Customer Support Agent (with Shopify & Gorgias Experience)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for 2 dedicated Customer Support Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify. In addition to handling customer inquiries, you will also be responsible for editing and adding products to our online store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
  • Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
  • Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.

Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required):

  • Experience with e-commerce operations beyond customer support.
  • Familiarity with online retail workflows such as fulfillment, returns, and promotions

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Support (e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Gorgias (required).
  • Hands-on experience managing products in Shopify (required).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
