Job Summary

The Customer Support role is vital to cultivating relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to our customers across various communication channels. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and efficient, with a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate product information, order updates, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Assist customers in resolving any issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records in our system.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and features to provide relevant solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and team knowledge.

Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
    • Comfortable using computer systems and customer support software.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
