Scope of the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, your pivotal role encompasses configuring our client’s applications to meet their needs, gathering insights into product and process utilization, and providing swift support during customer onboarding. Your journey begins with a deep dive into our existing processes and customer base. You’ll master the clients and other essential software tools, recognizing that there may be a learning curve. This remote position in LATAM offers flexibility in working hours and regular Zoom calls with the Customer Success Manager or Co-Founders to guide your activities and overcome challenges.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding of customers to our software/application.
- Customize and configure our client’s applications/software to align with customer requirements.
- Ensure the seamless implementation of the application to meet our clients’ specific needs.
- Create tailored PDF templates according to customer specifications.
- Address and resolve non-technical issues raised by the team.
- Identify and report defects, while maintaining follow-up with the development team on issue resolution progress.
- Implement solutions for customers by fine-tuning application configurations.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers, answering their questions on the app, and making necessary process adjustments.
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed and updated on product features and new releases to better assist customers.
Requirements
- C1 English level, both written and spoken (Must Have)
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in any custom success or related role (Must Have)
- Experience working in a Saas company (Nice to Have)
- 6/10 knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs and Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability to dive into details to solve problems and offer solutions
- Passion, enthusiasm, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email
- Be able to work on a flexible time schedule
- Analytical mindset
