What you will be doing?

  • Serve as the customer voice in the company
  • Manage our chat & email communication using Intercom
  • Solve issues encountered by our clients
  • Run sales-focused Zoom talks with new & existing clients
  • Manage & help create our help center, including both text & video how-to content
  • Test new features and key releases
  • Serve as an account manager for enterprise customers
  • Run churn-reducing activities
  • Help drive upgrades
  • And more…


  • 3+ years of successful experience in customer success in a SaaS company is a must
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle
  • Mother tongue level speaking & written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work in European hours
