Customer Success Manager (Remote – US)

Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 35 enterprise-level clients with complex and evolving needs.
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure a premium and tailored customer experience.
- Conduct regular outreach and strategy sessions to identify valuable features, provide guidance, and coach clients on best practices.
- Analyze customer engagement data and derive actionable insights to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by segmenting customer accounts and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently while delivering executive-level communication.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer success function.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or project management in a client-facing role.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proven success managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude in analyzing data, generating insights, and using metrics to inform client strategy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 15% nationwide for client meetings or events.
