Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Bergsen Metals, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand customer objectives and provide strategic guidance and support to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks.

Salary Range: $130,000 – $151,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
