We’re currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about simplifying payments and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you’ve come to the right place.
Your Mission:
- Dive deep into understanding our customers’ needs and help them achieve their business objectives.
- Become an expert in our product and guide customers to maximize its value.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and our CEO to establish goals and KPIs.
- Develop compelling campaigns and strategies that drive revenue for our customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to prevent churn and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand customer usage of our platform.
Requirements
You’re the One if:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, customer success, or consulting, with a preference for startup experience.
- You excel at organization, attention to detail, and execution, even in chaotic environments.
- Bonus points if you have familiarity with JSON or demonstrate a quick aptitude for learning technical concepts.
- You’re adept at working autonomously, taking initiative, and making sound decisions.
- You’re passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses solve their challenges through attentive listening and problem-solving.
