Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to work with our clients to make sure they’re getting as many quality leads while making the process friction-less for them. This role will be client facing. Your biggest priorities are:

  1. Develop & optimize cold email campaigns that drive results
  2. Build strong long term relationships with clients
  3. Manage projects to make sure everything is done timely

Responsibilities

  • Develop outreach strategy with clients
  • Develop cold email scripts
  • Create targeted lead lists
  • Create & manage outreach campaigns
  • Review client KPI’s & optimize based on results
  • Manage email deliverability & identify errors
  • Escalate requests to clients & brainstorm with client to address them
  • Communicate with clients about campaign results
  • Report internally & externally on campaign results
  • Manage client projects to make sure they are done on time
  • Keep project management & client Google Drive is up to date
  • Ad-hoc projects

Tasks

Daily

  • Creating lead list & script strategies
  • Creating and uploading campaigns
  • Answering client questions via Slack & Email
  • Updating project statuses in our internal systems
  • Proactively updating and reaching out to clients
  • Optimizing campaigns & reporting data internally
  • Onboarding calls with new clients
  • Client strategy and check-in calls

Weekly

  • Send weekly reports to clients
  • Set weekly initiatives / projects for the following week

Requirements

  • Understanding of B2B sales
  • Resourceful & adaptable mindset
  • Native level English speaking & written skills
  • Reliable internet and quiet office space
  • Tech setup for remote work (webcam, microphone)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Available from 8am to 4pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday

  • Proven experience of creating cold email campaigns that drive results

Benefits

Position: Customer Success Manager

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST

Salary Range: $1500 – $3000 USD

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
